We have been having wonderful spring weather this week-which is a huge blessing in the South. Along with the wonderful weather, various plants have started blooming around our house. Since a young age, my daughter has loved to pick the "wildflowers" that seem to pop-up in our yard.
I was listening to another mom read poems about dandelions online earlier the week and talking about how her daughters love to pick them for her. So this led me to look up children's poems about dandelions, and I came across the one posted below.
In this short, sweet poem I am reminded of how my own daughter shows her love to me by bringing me "wildflowers" that she has picked. And how short the season of childhood really can be. 😢
